Your pack shipment

  1. Delivery Zones: EKKOPHONES offers delivery services within specified geographical zones. Customers are responsible for confirming whether their location falls within our delivery zones before placing an order. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside our standard delivery areas.

  2. Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order placement. While we strive to adhere to these timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues may affect delivery schedules. EKKOPHONES  will not be liable for any delays beyond our control.

  3. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, size, and weight of the order. Customers will be informed of applicable delivery charges prior to finalizing their order. EKKOPHONES reserves the right to update delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

  4. Delivery Process: Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible. EKKOPHONES will not be liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  5. Recipient Availability: A recipient must be available to accept the delivery during the specified delivery timeframe. If no one is available to receive the delivery, EKKOPHONES may attempt redelivery or leave a notification for the recipient to arrange for pickup or reschedule delivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

  6. Delivery Inspection: Upon receipt of the delivery, the customer or their designated recipient must inspect the package for any visible damage or discrepancies. Any concerns or issues regarding the condition of the delivery must be reported to EKKOPHONES immediately. Failure to report such issues may affect the customer's ability to file a claim for compensation or replacement.

  7. Delivery Confirmation: Deliveries will be considered successfully completed upon confirmation of receipt by the customer or their designated recipient. A signature or acknowledgment may be required upon delivery to verify receipt. Customers may request proof of delivery if needed.

  8. Delivery Tracking: Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched for delivery. This allows customers to track the status of their delivery and receive real-time updates on its whereabouts.

  9. Delivery Exceptions: EKKOPHONES reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain locations or customers based on factors such as security concerns, accessibility issues, or delivery feasibility. In such cases, customers will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered if possible.

  10. Delivery Terms Updates: These delivery terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions regularly for any updates or amendments.
